𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀

The House of Representatives Joint Committee on Hydrocarbon, Judiciary, Contracts and Monopolies, and Investment and Concessions hereby informs the public that it will hold a Public Hearing with key stakeholders on the Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs) on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 2:00PM in the House’s Chamber.

This hearing forms part of the Committee’s ongoing stakeholder engagement and consultations aimed at ensuring transparency, accountability, and national interest in the review of all Production Sharing Contracts.

Entities expected to appear include:

• Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP)

• Ministry of Justice

• National Oil Company of Liberia (NOCAL)

• Liberia Petroleum Regulatory Authority (LPRA)

• Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA)

The civil society Organizations (CSOs), the media, and the general public are encouraged to attend, observe, and participate in the proceedings as part of the Legislature’s commitment to public engagement and openness.The Joint Committee reaffirms its dedication to thoroughly scrutinizing all Production Sharing Contracts to ensure they align with the laws of Liberia and serve the best interest of the Liberian people
