
Marshall, Margibi County – The Clar Hope Foundation (CHF), in collaboration with the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection, the Child Protection Network (CPN), and HESE, successfully conducted the Margibi County Educational District #1 National Children Representative Forum Election. The event took place at the Kaagusu Living Faith Christian Academy in Marshall.
The election brought together student representatives from participating schools across District #1 to democratically select a new leadership team. The elected officials will represent the district at the upcoming County National Children Representative Forum Election, scheduled to be held in Kakata on June 6, 2026.
The candidate mobilization process included several schools from across the district:
· J.P. Mitchell School
· ADP Peabody Marshall School
· Duazon Public School System
· Ben’s Foundation School
The initiative underscores the Clar Hope Foundation’s ongoing commitment to empowering young voices and fostering democratic processes at the grassroots level. By engaging students in structured leadership elections, CHF and its partners aim to strengthen child participation in governance, in line with the mandate of the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection.
