The Women NGOs Secretariat of Liberia (WONGOSOL) is seeking qualified and reputable suppliers to provide vocational skills and livelihoods materials as part of its commitment to improving service delivery and responding to the needs of Gender Based Violence Survivors. Suppliers are invited to submit their bids in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.
Specifications of Vocational skills and livelihoods materials
The required vocational materials must include the following items (quantities may vary based on the package)
Materials Used for Soap Making
1. Sodium Hydroxide( Castic Soda) Used for making bar soap
2. Palm Oil
3. Potassium Hydroxide: Used for making soft or liquid soap.
4. Essential Oils: For fragrance
5. Medicinal Herbs: Morniga
6. Colorants: Natural dyes
7. Exfoliants: Crushed seeds
Tools & Equipment
• Large pots or pans
• Wooden spoons or sticks for stirring
• Molds for shaping the soap
• Protective gear (gloves, goggles) for handling caustic substances

Suppliers are required to ensure that all products meet the following quality standards:
• Certified by the Ministry of Commerce
• Packaging and labeling in compliance with local and international guidelines
• Expiry dates of at least one year from the delivery date
Eligibility Criteria
Bidders must meet the following conditions:
• Be a legally registered entity authorized to supply goods and services.
• Provide a valid business license and tax clearance certificate.
• Demonstrate previous experience in supplying similar products (attach references).
• Submit a detailed cost proposal with unit pricing, including taxes and delivery fees.
• Confirm delivery timelines and logistics capacity.
