Montserrado County District #11 Representative Richard Nagbe Koon has won as Speaker of the House of Representatives of the 55th National Legislature, following an election process against Nimba County District #7 Representative Musa Hassan Bility, on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.
The election, held in the House’s main chambers, saw a total of 69 votes cast
Richard Nagbe Koon succeeded Victorous with 43 votes ahead of Bility who accumulated 26 votes
