REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)

We support children’s rights from birth until they reach adulthood. We also enable children to prepare for and respond to crises and adversity. Using our reach, experience, and knowledge, we drive changes in practice and policy at local, national, and global levels.  

We have been building powerful partnerships for children for over 75 years and are active in more than 70 countries.  

Plan International Liberia intends to expand its existing Supplier list and is hereby inviting qualified and experienced, well-established companies operating in Liberia to prepare and submit their Expression of Interest (EOI). 

Interested Suppliers can request the comprehensive vendorprequalification document by writing to this email:liberia.procurementinfo@plan-international.org on or before 10th September 2026, using the subject line:  LBR-RFI-FY27-001 – Supplier Prequalification

Please ensure that this subject line is used exactly as stated to help ensure your request is correctly identified and receives timely attention.

Submission of Expression of Interest

Interested Suppliers are expected to submit the physical copies of their required documentation and information on or before Monday, 14th September, 2026 at any of the addresses below:

Interested suppliers who intend to make online submissions should send their submissions to Online.TenderPIL@plan-international.org no later than Monday, 14th September, 2026.

Women-owned businesses and companies actively engaged in or advancing gender equality and women’sempowerment in the workplace are especially encouraged to apply. 

Each Supplier must submit ONLY ONE (1) offer. Submission of more than one (1) offer by a company or by two companies partially or fully owned by the same person will lead to elimination of all of them from the prequalification process.
