Monrovia, Liberia – The Supreme Court of Liberia has officially suspended Cllr. Lawrence Bropleh from practicing law for a period of two months, citing negligence that adversely impacted his client, Kanu Equipment, represented by its manager, Wayne Frattarolli.
The court delivered its ruling on Thursday, underscoring the importance of maintaining professional standards within the legal profession. The decision follows a review of Cllr. Bropleh’s conduct, which the court deemed detrimental to the interests of his client.
In addition to the suspension, the court has mandated that Cllr. Bropleh attend a training program at the Judicial Institute focused on civil procedure law. This requirement aims to enhance his legal knowledge and ensure compliance with professional standards. Upon completion of the training, Cllr. Bropleh is required to submit a certificate of completion to the court clerk as proof of his participation.
Cllr. Bropleh’s suspension will take effect immediately, and he will be expected to comply with the court’s directives during this period.
